Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative for our life insurance agency. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, follow up for the Business Development Representative, and setting appointments for our Business Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will identify potential clients, make outbound sales calls, and work closely with the sales team to recruit new partners to work with. The roll involves making outbound calls to set appointments with prospects. You will be expected to maintain a high level of activity. This is an inside sales position that has growth opportunities to become an outside sales representative.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and business development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
